Effective Date: May 2026
These EPIC Montana Retreat Terms of Purchase (“Retreat Terms”) govern your deposit, registration, payment, attendance, and participation in the EPIC Montana Retreat operated by Bald Business LLC, doing business as EPIC (“EPIC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting a deposit, completing payment, registering for, attending, or participating in the EPIC Montana Retreat, you agree to these Retreat Terms, EPIC’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Earnings & Results Disclaimer, checkout acknowledgments, and any additional written terms provided by EPIC.
If you do not agree to these Retreat Terms, do not submit a deposit, complete payment, register for, attend, or participate in the EPIC Montana Retreat.
1. Event Description
The EPIC Montana Retreat is a private, in-person business retreat experience hosted by EPIC.
The retreat may include business education, strategic conversations, group sessions, private discussions, networking, meals, guest participation, activities, and other experiences determined by EPIC.
All event details are subject to change at EPIC’s sole discretion, including but not limited to dates, location, venue, agenda, meals, speakers, guests, sessions, activities, schedule, format, and overall experience.
EPIC makes no guarantee that any specific speaker, guest, agenda item, activity, meal, venue, or experience will be provided unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by EPIC.
2. Ticket Price
The total ticket price for the EPIC Montana Retreat is $15,997.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by EPIC, this ticket price applies to one attendee only.
Travel, lodging, airfare, ground transportation, rental cars, personal expenses, insurance, and incidental expenses are not included unless expressly stated in writing by EPIC.
3. Deposit
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your seat for the EPIC Montana Retreat.
The $1,000 deposit will be applied toward the total ticket price of $15,997.
The deposit is final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.
Payment of the deposit reserves your seat temporarily, but your seat is not fully secured until the remaining balance is paid in full.
EPIC may release your seat, deny attendance, or cancel your registration if the remaining balance is not paid by the required deadline.
4. Remaining Balance
After your $1,000 deposit is paid, the remaining balance of $14,997 will be due according to the invoice, payment link, checkout page, written communication, or payment instructions provided by EPIC.
If no separate deadline is stated, the remaining balance is due immediately upon request and must be paid in full before attendance is permitted.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your seat, denial of attendance, removal from the event list, and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
You remain responsible for the full ticket price once you register, submit a deposit, or otherwise commit to attend, unless EPIC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
5. Final Sale and No Refund Policy
All EPIC Montana Retreat purchases are final.
This includes deposits, partial payments, payment plan payments, installment payments, balance payments, and payments made in full.
All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cancellable, and final.
No refund, credit, transfer, charge reversal, substitution, or future event credit will be provided if you are unable to attend for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, flight issues, weather issues, business obligations, family obligations, personal emergencies, change of mind, failure to participate, dissatisfaction, failure to receive a desired outcome, or inability to access or complete the retreat experience.
Any exception must be approved by EPIC in writing.
EPIC’s decision to make an exception in one situation does not create any obligation to make exceptions in the future.
6. Event Date Changes, Rescheduling, Postponement, or Relocation
EPIC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, relocate, restructure, or change the EPIC Montana Retreat at any time.
If EPIC reschedules, postpones, relocates, or changes the retreat date, your payment remains non-refundable.
If EPIC moves the event date, EPIC may, at its sole discretion, provide written notice offering one of the following:
Attendance at the rescheduled EPIC Montana Retreat.
Attendance at another EPIC event selected by EPIC.
A credit toward a future EPIC event selected by EPIC.
Any such invitation, credit, or event substitution must be used within 90 days of EPIC’s written notice.
If the invitation, credit, or event substitution is not used within that 90-day period, it expires automatically, and no refund, credit, transfer, extension, or additional substitution will be owed.
Participants may not select, demand, or require a different event date, future retreat, credit extension, refund, transfer, or substitution.
Any alternative event option is offered solely at EPIC’s discretion and is subject to availability, capacity, eligibility, approval, scheduling, and additional terms determined by EPIC.
7. Cancellation by EPIC
If EPIC determines that the retreat cannot be held as originally planned, EPIC may cancel, postpone, relocate, restructure, or reschedule the retreat.
If EPIC cancels the original retreat date and elects not to hold the retreat on the original date, EPIC may, at its sole discretion, apply your payment toward a rescheduled retreat date or another EPIC event selected by EPIC.
Any such credit, invitation, or event substitution will be valid for 90 days from the date EPIC provides written notice.
Payments remain non-refundable.
EPIC is not responsible for reimbursing or paying for any travel, lodging, airfare, transportation, rental car, meal, lost business opportunity, lost revenue, personal expense, incidental cost, consequential loss, or other expense resulting from any cancellation, postponement, relocation, date change, schedule change, or event modification.
8. Travel, Lodging, and Personal Expenses
Unless expressly stated in writing by EPIC, the retreat ticket does not include travel, airfare, lodging, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, rental cars, fuel, personal expenses, travel insurance, incidental costs, or other expenses.
You are solely responsible for arranging and paying for your own travel, lodging, transportation, insurance, and personal expenses.
EPIC is not responsible for reimbursing or covering any travel-related costs under any circumstance, including event changes, postponement, relocation, cancellation, illness, personal emergency, weather, travel delays, airline cancellations, or inability to attend.
EPIC strongly recommends that participants consider purchasing travel insurance if they are concerned about travel risk.
9. Meals, Sessions, and Included Experiences
Certain meals, sessions, activities, or experiences may be included as part of the retreat, as determined by EPIC.
Included experiences are subject to change.
EPIC may modify, replace, remove, or adjust any meal, session, activity, speaker, guest, agenda item, venue, schedule, or experience without creating any right to a refund, credit, discount, transfer, or compensation.
10. One Attendee Per Registration
Your registration is for one attendee only, unless EPIC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Guests, spouses, partners, employees, contractors, business partners, or additional attendees are not included unless separately approved in writing by EPIC and fully paid for, if applicable.
You may not transfer, assign, resell, gift, or substitute your seat without EPIC’s prior written approval.
Unauthorized transfers or substitutions may result in denial of attendance without refund.
11. Attendance Approval and Right to Deny Access
The EPIC Montana Retreat is a private event.
EPIC reserves the right to approve, deny, revoke, suspend, or cancel any registration or attendance at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
EPIC may deny attendance or remove any participant at any time if EPIC determines that the participant creates a safety, legal, payment, reputational, operational, or community concern.
Removal, denial of attendance, cancellation, suspension, or revocation due to participant conduct, payment issues, misrepresentation, or fit concerns does not entitle you to any refund, credit, transfer, or compensation.
12. Participant Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself respectfully, professionally, and in alignment with the standards of the retreat.
You may not engage in harassment, abuse, threats, discrimination, disruptive behavior, unauthorized solicitation, aggressive pitching, recruiting, illegal conduct, unsafe conduct, excessive intoxication, misrepresentation, or any behavior EPIC determines is harmful to the retreat, EPIC, Vic Keller, the EPIC team, vendors, guests, speakers, or other participants.
EPIC may remove you from the retreat or deny continued participation at any time, without refund, if your conduct violates these Retreat Terms or EPIC’s standards.
13. Confidentiality
During the retreat, EPIC, Vic Keller, speakers, guests, team members, and participants may share private, personal, financial, operational, strategic, or business-sensitive information.

You are responsible for your own due diligence, decisions, agreements, contracts, investments, relationships, business actions, legal compliance, and results.
You agree not to rely on EPIC, Vic Keller, EPIC team members, speakers, guests, vendors, or other participants as a substitute for your own judgment or professional advisors.
20. Assumption of Risk
You understand that attending an in-person retreat may involve risks.
These risks may include but are not limited to travel risk, physical risk, health risk, business risk, financial risk, emotional risk, interpersonal risk, privacy risk, weather risk, altitude or outdoor environment risk, food or allergy risk, transportation risk, and risks associated with participating in group environments, private venues, meals, activities, and travel.
You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, related to your registration, payment, travel, attendance, participation, and use of any information or relationships developed through the retreat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release EPIC, Bald Business LLC, Vic Keller, owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, representatives, speakers, guests, vendors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from liability for claims, damages, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your registration, travel, attendance, participation, or use of information shared during the retreat.
21. Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically, mentally, medically, and personally able to attend and participate in the retreat.
You are responsible for any health conditions, dietary restrictions, allergies, medications, mobility limitations, or other personal needs.
EPIC may attempt to accommodate reasonable requests when possible, but EPIC does not guarantee that all requests, restrictions, or accommodations can be met.
You agree to follow all venue rules, safety instructions, event guidelines, and reasonable directions from EPIC, the venue, vendors, or staff.
