These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of EPIC platforms, programs, services,
events, and communities operated by Bald Business LLC, doing business as EPIC.
By accessing or using EPIC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Legal Entity and Liability Shield
EPIC is a DBA of Bald Business LLC. All services are provided solely by Bald Business LLC.
No individual, including Vic Keller, assumes any personal liability. All claims, disputes, or demands must be brought exclusively against Bald Business LLC.
2. Services Covered
These Terms apply to all EPIC offerings, including:
· Free and paid content
· Monthly and annual subscriptions
· Programs, masterminds, and communities
· Events and retreats
· Applications and onboarding processes
· Coaching calls and recorded materials
· Private communities hosted on Circle.so
· Funnels, landing pages, and marketing assets
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or charge reversals are permitted.
You expressly waive any right to dispute charges or seek chargebacks.
4. Payments, Billing, and Chargebacks
Payments are processed through third-party processors including Stripe and GoHighLevel. By purchasing, you authorize automatic recurring billing where applicable.
Chargebacks or payment disputes violate these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
5. Educational Purpose and No Guarantees
EPIC provides educational and informational business content only.
No guarantees of income, success, or results are made. Results vary. EPIC does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice and does not act as a fiduciary.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
6. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that participation in EPIC programs, communities, events, and services involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, arising from your participation and agree that Bald Business LLC shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation.
7. Applications and Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. EPIC may accept or reject any applicant at its sole discretion.
8. Community Rules and Conduct
EPIC communities are private. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
· Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior
· Unauthorized solicitation or promotion
· Sharing confidential, proprietary, or misleading information
· Conduct that creates reputational, legal, or operational risk
EPIC may remove content, suspend access, or terminate memberships at any time, for any reason or no reason, without refund.
9. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
All EPIC content, systems, frameworks, recordings, trademarks, and materials are the exclusive property of Bald Business LLC.
All user submissions, posts, messages, and participation become the property of Bald Business LLC. You grant EPIC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, and commercialize such content for any lawful purpose.
10. Use of Name, Likeness, and Participation
You grant EPIC the unrestricted right to use your name, voice, image, likeness, written submissions, chat messages, and recorded participation for marketing, training, documentation, internal use, and future products without additional consent or compensation.
11. AI Usage Disclaimer
EPIC uses AI-powered tools for operational, analytical, and optimization purposes. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is and without warranties of any kind.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Services
EPIC is not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or actions of third-party platforms, processors, or service providers, including but not limited to Stripe, GoHighLevel, Circle.so, hosting providers, and analytics platforms. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
13. Warranty Disclaimer
EPIC services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. EPIC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EPIC for the applicable service.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bald Business LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of EPIC services or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions and representative actions are waived. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless otherwise required by law.
17. Updates to Terms
EPIC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
